Returning to the pyramid construction theme briefly, even though I perhaps somewhat riskily don't accept the popular view of "ropes, ramps, rollers and levers" method for pyramid construction; (in my book, that is blatently crass nonsense although it makes perfect sense to me that ramps were constructed to steal the casing limestone and the capstone. Simply can't be doing with the rest of it though). 'Nuff said. Build one...
